Brooklands Museum – Weds 6 February 2019.
Pick up at 10am from The Hart.  Return departure 3pm
£43 adults / £40 seniors (60+) and includes a 20 minute introductory talk and a 30-minute visit aboard Concorde with a virtual flight DVD presentation.  If anyone would prefer not to take the Concorde experience then it is £5 less i.e. £38 adults/£35 seniors
This trip is based on a minimum of 15 people.

There is a cafe selling a range of hot food at lunchtime.

Please note that there is no discount for the National Art Pass for groups.


General information

Joining classes during the year

  • Email (or telephone, during office hours only) the person shown as the contact for that group, to find out whether the group is for you and if a place is available.
  • If no place is available, you can ask to go on a waiting list.
  • Please note that a place is not secured until you receive confirmation, and have shown your valid membership card at the first session you attend of each academic year.


  • You must show your new Membership Card when registering for any groups or when attending a group for the first time in each academic year.
  • It’s a good idea to carry your card throughout the year as there is space on the back of your card to fill in your emergency contact details.
  • If you change any of your contact details make sure you inform the data base manager at .

Where groups meet  – The majority of our groups meet at the Farnham Maltings with its own café. Where other locations are used, these are given in the programme.

Room Allocations –

Room allocations for group meetings held at the Maltings are posted daily on the notice board opposite the reception desk.

  • Before each class, check the noticeboard as room changes do occur at short notice.
