Explores how verbal and non-verbal communication styles are used by a range of cultures, in written, verbal and electronic communication, socializing, negotiating and presenting.  Covers greetings, courtesy, listening skills, body language, dress, timing, use of colour, humour etc.  We will examine their impact on American, British, French, German, Russian, Arab, Chinese, Japanese and Indian cultures. This is an interactive course with members contributing with their own experiences.
